File Extension Rss

Most of the time, the file extension .rss stands for the Rich Site Summary or Real Simple Syndication (RSS-feeds) XML format for rapid streaming updates, news and information. The .rss file extension is also used by a number of other entities: Invarion Pty PlanMan, Reliasoft BlockSim, Rockwell Logix 500 SLC-5 Software and Symbion OS (formerly EPOC Resource).

The file extension .rss was developed from the .rdf or RDF Site Summary (used for sharing news) format. The RSS-feed is a useful subscription process for achieving immediate access to Web content. Web content can be syndicated automatically with the RSS-feeds: published once and viewed by many.

Testimonials

Regtask was able to clean up my computer and speed up the performance! I highly recommend it

Jo H.

My computer was always popping up with registry errors and I couldnt get rid of them. Regtask did the job for me and took less then 5 minutes to speed up my computer.

Samantha J.

I have to admit I'm no computer geek. When something goes wrong, I usually have to call someone to fix it and it costs me a lot of money. When my computer started to experience random freezes, I just used Regtask and now it works normally again.

David G.

My computer is 5 years old and runs extremely slow now. I was a bit sceptical about using Regtask, but just decided to give it a shot in the end and it worked out fantastically for me.

Michael C .

Usually, the .rss file extension represents an RSS-feed of Web content. It can be used for text, audio and video. The .rss file extension includes both static Web site metadata and dynamic robust updates on latest stories.

The RSS feed is good for generating interest and Web traffic with the latest current events and news. When you update the RSS feed, it updates all external feed subscribers.

A "feed reader" or "aggregator" helps identify this information.
